AstroSoft was originally developed in Visual Basic 2005.
October 2008: AstroSoft is initially released as AstroCalc to the forum of an astronomy course at the University of Manchester, UK.
November 2008: AstroCalc is renamed to ACFMDLS and then to AstroSoft 184.108.40.206. First public release.
December 2008: AstroSoft 220.127.116.11 is released. It uses a completely new design based on MDI.
December 2011: Three years after the last PC release, AstroSoft is ported to the Android platform. It can be downloaded from the Android Market.
